Do I need to redesign my website to switch to this service?
No. This service is specifically for businesses that already have a WordPress website and want someone reliable to manage it. If you are looking for a new WordPress website design, review our website design packages. If you then then need more than a few minor website updates in a year, you can purchase on of these plans alone, without migration fee.
What if my website has issues before migration?
During the $780 setup, I review and fix common issues such as outdated plugins, security problems, and performance bottlenecks. If your website was hacked, I will run this under my Website Disaster Recovery services and I may have to re-setup the website the same as it currently is supposed to look with same text content, graphics for you with likely a few enhancements. In such a case, I will let you know if any additional fee for this will be needed as it all depends on the size of your current website, what custom plugin applications you are using, and if they are the issue for the hack and finding alternative plugin apps if needed etc.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can adjust your plan at any time based on how often you need updates. There are no refunds, but we could extend the number of months of service so you do not lose any website update hours already paid for.
What counts as a website update?
Content changes, image updates, adding new pages, layout adjustments, plugin configuration, On Page SEO improvements and general improvements. Larger projects can be quoted separately.
Is hosting included in the annual plans?
Yes. All plans include managed hosting, backups, and security.
Do unused update hours roll over?
No. Update time resets monthly to keep the service predictable and manageable.
Can you manage WooCommerce websites?
Yes, but the complexity, and what exactly you want managed, will have to be considered. For example, website changes, SEO work, content updates other than products management, or adding a some new products can be included. But for larger e-commerce web stores, we cannot act as a full Web Store Manager as it would be beyond the scope of our time available. A custom plan may be recommended.
